Experienced Web Design Sales Account Manager

CC Communications, a leading Charlotte Web design firm, seeks experienced Account Manager to develop new business & manage existing client base. Advertising, marketing, media or business consulting experience preferred, but not required. Will develop sales leads, match client needs to online media solutions, draft proposals/budgets & manage accounts. Candidates should be self-motivated, and a quick study. Training provided. Presentation & customer relations skills needed. Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required. Familiarity with Salesforce.com & Web applications strongly desired. Base + commission + benefits package.

Compensation and Appreciation:

  • Base salary plus commission, depending on experience
  • Vacation days after 6 months of employment
  • Full Benefits Package (including medical, dental, vision, life, ST / LT disability and paid vacation after 90 days)

Required Skills Needed:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and website content development.
  • Updated knowledge of best practices for organic SEO, paid SEM and social media optimization.
  • Proven skills in SEO copywriting, PPC ads, blogging, social media updates, and similar production.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and ability to assimilate other analytics tools as needed.
  • Ability to create custom reporting using analytics tools and knowledge of Web tracking results.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, creating value perceptions, and unique selling positions.
  • Demonstrated skills in creating on demand marketing collateral such as sales sheets and proposals.
  • Solid financial background to assist with production of budgets and estimates for billable hours.
  • Ability to assimilate newsworthy developments, then produce and disseminate press releases.
  • Understanding of media relations to assist with media relationships and press coverage.
  • Experience managing CMS website updates with strong attention to detail and quality control.
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices, and email content production capabilities.
