be asked to download a small self extracting applet. Click on "Download".
Then click on "Run". Then you will be asked if you want
to Run the LogMeInRescue Applet, click on "Run". If your Windows Firewall prompts you please select "Allow" you will
then be connected to a CC Communications Remote Support Specialist.

With your permission, a small applet file automatically downloads to your PC. It's the interface through which CC Communications Remote Support Technicians communicate with you and conduct remote support. The Applet automatically removes itself from the remote PC at session conclusion. The Applet provides remote Customers with:
• Interactive Chat and detailed Session History
• Prompts to permit or deny Technician access to all functions
• File Transfer to the Technician
• Ability to stop Remote Control or disconnect at any time

Charges
There are no up front charges for clients with an active CC Communications account. By requesting a Remote Support Session you are agreeing on behalf of yourself and your organization to be billed with your next monthly billing statement. Remote Support sessions are billed at $31.25 per 1/4 hour of service received.
System Requirements
• Windows 98, ME, 2000, XP, or Server 2003
• Broadband connectivity to the Internet (i.e., T1, cable, ISDN, or DSL)
• MAC's are not supported at this time.
