CC Communications & CTC Enter Into Web Hosting & Website Design Agreement

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - September 17, 2004 - CC Communications, Inc. and CT Communications (CTC) announced today that longtime commercial website design and hosting industry leaders, CC Communications, Inc. and CTC Internet Services, Inc. have joined forces and entered into an agreement to provide web hosting and website design services.

Under this agreement, CC Communications, Inc. will assume web hosting and technical support responsibilities for customers previously managed by CTC Internet Services, Inc. CC Communications, Inc. will, in-turn, purchase and manage co-location web hosting services supplied by CTC Internet Services, Inc. Customers will also be offered expanded website design, creative services, custom programming and email marketing services by CC Communications, Inc. under this agreement.

This agreement will benefit approximately 400 local and regional companies and organizations that currently host Internet and Intranet websites within a shared hosting environment located at the CTC Internet Services, Inc. server facility in Harrisburg, NC. This agreement does not affect other CTC Internet Services, Inc. customers currently purchasing dedicated co-location services or do-it-yourself CTC "QuickHost" web page template services.
